SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY



Thank You for ordering with This Is Me Hair!

To ensure that your order is processed quickly and accurately, double check your billing and shipping address when placing your order. Please keep in mind that we do not ship to P.O BOXES. If your address entered is a P.O BOX, your order will be returned to us.


1. How long is processing and shipping?
Processing takes approximately 5-7 business days for from when your order is placed and shipped to you. We process orders between Monday-Friday. If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day. With the current COVID-19 pandemic, shipping and processing times may be delayed.

2. When will my tracking number start to update?
You will receive an email which includes your tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email with this information. If you have not received a tracking number after 5 days from placing your order please contact us at thisismehair@gmail.com.

3. Can I make changes once my order is placed?

To ensure that you receive your products quickly, we aim to process orders daily. However, we at This Is Me Hair prides ourselves on providing outstanding customer service. If you need to make a change to your order, please email us quoting your order number and IF the order has not been packaged for shipping we will work with you to makes changes.

4. May I return my order?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this product all sales are final.

5. May I exchange my order?
Customers are advised to complete all exchange requests within 7 days of receipt. Any exchange request not received within the specific time frame will not be honored. The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way(Original ties must remain intact as it was received).


The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in a product exchange transaction. For your protection, we recommend that you send your return package with a tracking number as This Is Me Hair will not be responsible for items lost in transit. All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items.
